Forno Classico – Pizza & Restaurant Theme

Forno Classico is a responsive nopCommerce 4.90 theme designed for pizzerias, pizza delivery stores, Italian restaurants, trattorias, dark kitchens and other food-related businesses that want a warm and traditional ecommerce experience.

Inspired by classic Italian pizzerias, the theme combines red, green and warm cream tones with a clean storefront structure that helps merchants showcase their menu, products and brand while preserving the native functionality of nopCommerce.

Forno Classico is not simply a color variation of the default nopCommerce theme. The storefront experience has been redesigned across the homepage, navigation, product listings, product details, shopping cart, checkout and customer account areas to provide a consistent visual identity for restaurant and food businesses.

How the theme works

Forno Classico works with the standard nopCommerce catalog and administration features. Merchants continue managing products, categories, prices, product images, attributes, customers, orders, languages and other store content directly from the nopCommerce administration area.

Product images are not hardcoded into the theme. Every product card and product details page uses the images configured in the nopCommerce catalog, allowing the merchant to display their own pizzas, desserts, drinks or other food products.

The homepage banner area uses the standard nopCommerce widget zone instead of fixed banner images. This allows merchants to manage homepage banners using a compatible nopCommerce slider or banner widget without modifying the theme source code.

Designed for Food Businesses

Forno Classico can be used for several types of stores. A traditional pizzeria can use product attributes to offer pizza sizes, crust options, additional toppings and other variations. A pizza delivery business can organize products into categories such as Traditional, Specials, Premium, Desserts and Drinks. Italian restaurants and trattorias can use the same layout to sell meals, desserts, beverages and other menu items.

Because product information is managed through the regular nopCommerce catalog, the theme is not limited to pizza. Merchants can create their own categories, products, attributes, prices and product images without changing the theme files.

Product Details Experience

The product details page gives additional visual emphasis to the product image, title, price and purchase actions. Standard nopCommerce product attributes can be used for options such as pizza size, crust type, cheese selection, toppings or other configurable product choices.

The layout also keeps the standard nopCommerce functionality for quantity selection, wishlist, product comparison, product reviews and other supported product features.

Shopping Cart and Checkout

The shopping cart and checkout areas follow the same visual identity used throughout the storefront. Cart items, totals, discount codes, gift cards, shipping information and checkout actions remain based on the native nopCommerce functionality while receiving the Forno Classico visual styling.

Localization

Theme-specific text uses the standard nopCommerce localization resource system instead of hardcoded storefront text.

The package includes localization resources for:

Portuguese – pt-BR

Merchants can import the included XML resource files into their nopCommerce languages and can edit the translations later through the standard nopCommerce administration interface.

Third-Party Services

Forno Classico does not require an external API, payment gateway, shipping provider or other third-party service in order to provide its visual functionality.

Payment, shipping and other integrations remain controlled by the plugins and configuration installed in the merchant's nopCommerce store. A compatible slider or banner widget may optionally be used in the homepage widget area when the merchant wants rotating promotional banners.
